In-state Tuition
The following is an estimate of expenses for one class. These costs are subject to change. This cost outline does not include fees for books, parking fees, or other student fees.

For example, if a student registers for a three-credit hour class, the cost is estimated at:

1This is an estimate of the standard graduate student rate. It is a per credit hour charge.

2This is department charge and a per semester charge, not a per credit hour charge. For executive programs, the USG Board of Regents does not provide direct state funding, thus this program operates more like a private institution. Tuition is returned to the state; the program fee is returned to the program to subsidize the operation of the program. When taken in combination with the low tuition, the fee it is actually lower overall than other programs, particularly if a student takes more than one course per semester. This fee is not noted at the Bursar's office webpage, but will appear on the student's payment screen during the registration process.

3Each student will pay a $45 student activities fee, a $114 per semester technology fee, and a $100 institutional fee that goes back to the USG Board of Regents. These fees cannot be waived.

Students Fees
Student Activities and Transportation:
Each student will pay a $45 student activities fee and a $114 per semester technology fee that goes back to the USG Board of Regents. These fees cannot be waived.

Transportation fees will be atomically calculated in the OASIS systems. Classification as a UGA - Gwinnett Campus student allows you to waive this fee. Students taking courses which do not meet on the Athens campus may request a waiver of this fee via the OASIS registration system. The student should select code 7 (Fee Assessment/ Waivers/ Payments/ Invoice) on the registration Main Menu. Code 7 will display the fee assessment screen. The student should enter code 1 on the fee assessment screen to request the waiver of the transportation fee.

For additional information, please refer to UGA Graduate School Student handbook - www.gradsch.uga.edu/For_Students/handbook/Finances/

Academic Common Market/ Electronic Campus The Masters Program qualifies for The Southern Regional Educational Board's Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus (SREB-ACM/ER). Currently, residents from 16 states (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) are eligible to participate.
Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus waivers of out-of-state tuition are subject to change and are available only if certain conditions are met. Check the web-site for conditions and eligibility: www.electroniccampus.org/.
