The Regulatory Affairs Masters of Science Program qualifies for the SREB Academic Common Market / Electronic Campus status, which may allow students from neighboring states to pay the in-state rate.

It is the student’s or applicant's responsibility to familiarize him/herself with
these policies on participation in the Electronic Campus program. Failure to do so could
jeopardize the student’s ability to register for Regulatory Affairs
Graduate Education courses.
What is SREB Electronic Campus? The Masters Program qualifies for the Southern Regional Educational Board's Academic Common Market /Electronic Campus (SREB-ACM/EC). Being part of the SREB-ACM/EC may allow students from neighboring states to pay the in-state rate and avoid the higher out-of-state tuition. Currently, residents from 16 states (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) may be eligible to participate. 3. Important: The Regulatory Affairs Graduate Education Program is participating in the SREB's Electronic Campus Program on an evaluation basis. At the program’s discretion, UGA College of Pharmacy’s Regulatory Affairs Graduate Education Program has the option to end its participation in the SREB's Electronic Campus Program at any time. Notification will be posted at the Program’s web page.

6. Advantages - Lower tuition rates for out-of-state residents:
Rates may be calculated at in-state rates.
• UGA Regulatory Affairs Program: For the Regulatory Affairs
Program, there is a separate Program Fee. The student is required
to pay the Program Fee directly to the UGA’s Bursar’s
Office.

Regulatory Affairs (RA) Graduate Education Program
a. What is the Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus? The Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus (ACM/EC) may provide a benefit to residents of the SREB states in-state tuition rates. This program may provide students with the opportunity to pursue selected degree programs that are not available in their home state from an institution in another SREB state at in-state tuition rates. The ACM/EC provides the opportunity to pursue students via e-learning.
b. What are the conditions of SREB EC registration? Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus may wave of out-of-state tuition, but only if certain conditions are met:
- No public college or university in the student's home state (state of residence) offers a degree program in his or her chosen field of study
- The student's home state has requested and been granted access to this program. If you wish to see if your state is participating, please contact your state's SREB representative. Refer to SREB's website at www.sreb.org/.
- The program is available in another SREB state that participates in the ACM/EC.
- The program is available through distance learning.
- The student meets admissions requirements of the college or university that offers the program.
- The student is certified as a resident of his or her home state.
c. How do I register for a course in the Electronic Campus? The first step in registering for any course offered in our catalog is to contact the institution offering the course. The course contact information is listed with the course information and the name of the institution is linked to the institution's contact information.
d. Do I have to apply for admission to the institution? Yes, you will need to apply for admission to both the RA Program and to the UGA Graduate School.
e. What is the cost to take a distance-learning course? Students participating in the SREB/EC are charged the standard RA Tuition Rate. Refer to the in-state Tuition section of this website for specific tuition costs.
f. May I register for courses during the summer? The Regulatory Affairs Graduate Education program will allow registration for Summer Semester only for those students who previously have been admitted into the program. There are no new admissions into this program for summer semester.
