    The Rush / Membership Committee preforms a vital task to the chapter if it is to remain in existence.  This committee obtains and keeps on file data concerning prospective members (such as name, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail) before they enter college.  They are responsible for distributing information to these prospective members concerning the advantages of joining a professional organization, especially Phi Delta Chi.

     This committee works in conjunction with the Social Committee to put together a definite program of events to introduce prospective members to the fraternity.  This committee is responsible for distributing information about the fraternity to prospective pledges, setting up socials with prospective pledges, sending out bids, organizing and planning pinning and initiations.
