POSTER SERVICES
In the M.E.R.C., we offer a number of services to assist you with your professional quality academic posters, but it is important that you help us by giving us an adequate amount of time to complete your posters as well as designing your posters according to our specifications. You will find our procedures and prices for our poster services below.
ATTENTION: We must have at least three days notice on all full-size posters. Procedure:
You will need to fill out a form indicating the following:
- Your instructor's name (if you are a student)
- Note: If you are a student, you must have your instructor's permission to purchase any poster supplies or services from the M.E.R.C.
- Your department's account number
- We will not provide any proofing services. Please make sure you have adaquately proofed your poster for errors proir to sending us your file. You will need to be present for the final print of your poster.
