Please note that every mid-March, as the fiscal year draws to a close, we would like to assist you in making all appropriate charges and encumbrances to your budgeted accounts. Transaction cut-off dates indicated in the Fiscal Year Deadline Calendar have specific importance to all General Fund accounts, since any budget balance remaining in an account at year-end does not carry forward in accordance with State budget regulations.
