Founded in 1903
On June 15, 1903, the University of Georgia Board of Trustees authorized the new pharmacy school. In 2003, the College held its first Centennial Celebration.
Located in Athens, Georgia
Athens is about 60 miles northeast of Atlanta, only a few hours away from the seashore, the Great Smokey Mountains, the Okefenokee Swamp, and three national forests with numerous lakes and hiking trails.
Accreditation
The University of Georgia College of Pharmacy's programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
Enrollment
Approximately 500 students are currently enrolled in our Pharm.D. Professional Program, along with about 50 graduate students in M.S. and Ph.D. programs.
Degrees Offered
The College of Pharmacy offers the Pharm.D., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees.
